Canadian screen actress best known as Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. Her first appearance was on CBS' Blood & Treasure, beginning in 2019. Other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk, an actor, director and playwright teacher. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Annas first memories are of playing in rehearsals for her plays and watching her mother work. Silk was in a variety of commercials as a child. She received her degree from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at the very least two of its early productions, Seven Menus & The Kitchen. In 2009 she got married to Seth Cooperman. Samuel Cooperman and Levi Cooperman are their names for their two sons. in 2009 Bo Dennis played the main character of a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. The character she played Bo as well as Lauren as lovers of the same gender in Lost Girl was named one of the show's Favorite Television Couples by CNN and declared Top TV Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Because of Silk's popularity, Silk garnered a prominent online following on social media.
